Your information

Privacy policy.

How we handle the information you share when you ask about our services or book a call with our team.

Effective date: September 20, 2026

This policy explains how FuturoAI handles personal information from business inquiries, Facebook and Instagram lead forms, and strategy-call bookings.

01Who we are

FuturoAI (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. We provide marketing services to plumbing and other home-service businesses.

For questions about your information or this policy, use the contact details at the end of this page.

02Information we collect

When you submit an inquiry or lead form, we receive the details you choose to provide, including:

  • Contact details: your name, email address, and phone number.
  • Business details: your company name, city or ZIP code, your role in making business decisions, and the challenges you tell us about.
  • Booking and communication details: your selected appointment time, answers to booking questions, and information you share in emails, messages, or conversations with our team.

Facebook or Instagram may prefill fields using information from your profile. You can review the information before submitting the form. After you submit, Meta makes your responses available to us. Meta also handles information under its own Privacy Policy.

If you follow our booking link, Calendly collects the information you enter to arrange your appointment. See Calendly’s Privacy Notice for its own practices.

03How we use your information

  • Respond to your inquiry and discuss whether our services fit your business.
  • Review your business and service area, prepare for a strategy call, and explain our offer.
  • Schedule, confirm, or reschedule appointments and follow up on your request.
  • Maintain inquiry records, manage customer relationships, and protect against spam or misuse.
  • Meet applicable legal obligations and resolve disputes.

Submitting an inquiry does not purchase a service or automatically enroll you in an ongoing promotional text-message program. If we request consent for additional marketing, we will explain it separately where required. You can ask us to stop marketing follow-ups at any time.

04Who receives your information

Information may be accessed by our team and service providers that help us manage inquiries, store records, communicate with you, host our website, and schedule appointments. Providers receive the information needed for their role.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to valid legal requests, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business transfer subject to applicable privacy protections.

05Platform privacy

Facebook, Instagram, and Calendly handle cookies and similar technologies on their own services under their respective policies. Your browser and those services may provide privacy controls.

06Storage and security

We keep information for the purposes described in this policy, taking into account the status of your inquiry or relationship with us, applicable legal obligations, and the need to resolve disputes. You can request deletion using the contact method below. We may retain information where needed to meet a legal obligation or resolve a dispute.

We use safeguards appropriate to the information we handle to reduce unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

07Your choices and requests

You can ask us to stop marketing contact by replying to our email or contacting us below. If a marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, you can use it. We may still send non-marketing communications needed to respond to a request you make or manage an existing service relationship.

You may also contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information. Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have additional rights, including rights to receive a copy of your information, opt out of certain uses, or appeal a decision on your request. We will handle requests as required by applicable law and may need to verify your identity.

Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or identity documents with an initial privacy request.

08Other details

Children. Our services and business inquiry forms are intended for adults acting on behalf of businesses, not children. If you believe a child has submitted information, please contact us.

Other websites. This policy describes our handling of information. Websites and services operated by other organizations have their own privacy practices.

Changes. We may update this policy as our practices change. We will update the effective date and provide any additional notice required by applicable law.

09Contact us

For a privacy question or request, contact FuturoAI through our Futuro Marketing Agency Facebook Page, or reply to an email you have received directly from our team.

Please tell us that your inquiry concerns privacy and describe your request. Share personal details through a private message, not a public comment.
